After offering funeral priests in Riyadh, he was buried. On the eve of his death, Princess Lamia bint Hadhul bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, a prominent member of the royal family had died.
The 32nd son of the founding of the kingdom, Princess Lamia's dad, Prince Hudlol bin Abdulaziz. Two days before Princess Lamia died, Princess Dina bint Abdullah bin Turki bin Abdulaziz. Her funeral prayers in Makkah were offered and in the local cemetery she was buried. Dina was Princess Abdullah bin Turki bin Abdul Aziz's daughter. The Saudi Prince Abdul Rahman bin Faisal bin Saud's mother had died a few days earlier. Princess Noura bint Fahd bin Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud died that same month.
